1. Take two inches of hair
2. Starting at the lower third clamp hair in iron
3. Curl hair to just below the ear
4. Release curl and lightly tugged on the ends to relax the wave pattern
5. Shake out curls
I used an inch and a half curling iron to make the curls bouncier, for a tighter wave, alternate curls between a one-inch curling iron and a tapered curling wand.
