Happy April! Spring is Springing and the weather is SLOWLY warming up! I’ve been looking at one or two additions to add to my transitional wardrobe, mostly basics (boring I know) but all I’ve wanted to wear is hoodies, shorts and white tennis shoes (who AM I) with my leather jacket… maybe I’m just feeling a more “california(?) idk LA (?)” vibe for my outfits… I have been watching A LOT of LA vloggers recently.
The first piece that I’m on the hunt for isn’t necessarily a singular pieces more of a category of hoodies and crewneck sweaters. Which before anyone jumps and says that I already have A LOT of sweaters (which I do) I will remind you all that they are my/ze mans letters which while cute and comfy I can’t always wear out and about because tbh my galaxy letters are not necessarily FASHUN. For reference if you were not in a sorority or frat: Letters are the Greek Letters of the name of your organization. I just want a comfy hoodie and crew neck in white, black, and grey.
The next thing I’m hunting for this month is a new pair of one teaspoon bandit short. I love the slouchy fit of them paired with hoodies, sweaters etc. They are supremely comfortable and I love how they look paired with Stan Smith esque sneakers.
Another thing that I’m hunting for is (surprise) white tennis shoes! At the end of the summer I chucked my beloved converse and decidedly didn’t repurchase a new pair immediately so that I would stop relying on them to be my “pair with everything” shoes and it would force me to wear others. This was actually harder than I thought it would be but I’m glad I went the 6ish months without them. But because summer is coming up, I really can’t do with a pair of white tennis shoes so it’s time to rebuy a pair. I haven’t decided on the style that I want yet, there’s so many to choose from but I do really need another pair of white sneakers.
