As some of you guys may know I’m here for the light, easy, sometimes cheesy and usually wonderfully “girly” reads that are perfect for days in the sun.
- Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan – I highly recommend listening to the audiobook as it is read with all the accents and proper pronunciations (makes it even more authentic)
- China Rich Girlfriend by Kevin Kwan – The second in the Crazy Rich Asians series is a must if you are all about the first book.
- Rich People Problems by Kevin Kwan – The Final Crazy Rich Asians book and like the second a must if you are all for the first book.
- Gossip Girl by Cecily von Ziegesar – You all thought it was just the TV series that I’m obsessed with welp this is what started it all.
- The Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead – The protagonist is sass goals and this teen vampire book unlike all the others (in my opinion) doesn’t lose the plot and stays true to itself.
- The Selection by Kiera Cass – Welp happy fairytales always put me in a good mood and if you are looking for a happily ever after this is something you should check out.
- The Initiation/ The Captive by L.J. Smith – From the author of The Vampire Diaries and inevitably the launch of Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder into the minds of every pre-teen/ teen in fall 2009.
