Hello! After my year of no-buy with minimal replacement purchases only, it’s time to start filling in a few of the holes that have come up in my skincare that I’m desperately missing (especially because it’s winter and my skin is far less forgiving in the weather).
I picked up two items in the Sephora buy – one get-one 30% off a few weekends ago from First Aid Beauty because I don’t have a basic toner (the one I have is super “matte which i find hard to use in dry months) and I need a heavy duty exfoliant to use one or two times throughout the week as recommended to me by the wonderful woman who did my facial when I went to at Hammam in Toronto.
So, I picked up my tried and true favourite toner the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads because it works to keep my skin glowing and it weirdly helps reduce some of my smaller breakouts which I’m not mad about.
I also picked up the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance AHA Intensive Peel. I am excited to try this as I’ve heard really good things about AHA based exfoliants. I wanted to try this first before trying out the Herbivore Prism Peel as this one is a little bit more budget friendly just incase it doesn’t work for me.
Let me know if you guys have tried either of these products and stay tuned for my review of the AHA peel!
